Torrance City, marking the 51st year of sister city exchange with Kashiwa city in Japan, is hosting the “49th Annual Japanese Cultural Festival.”

The event aims to raise funds for the annual exchange student program between the two cities.
Attendees can enjoy food sales, taiko drum performances, dances, martial arts demonstrations, tea ceremonies, calligraphy, and more!
Moreover, the Saga Art Center will hold a children’s art exhibition along with fun craft demonstrations for kids.
Admission to the festival is free, providing a wonderful opportunity for cultural exchange and community enjoyment.
