LAKI RAMEN in LA’s Mid-City is a refined ramen shop run by a female owner-chef who trained at the renowned “Menya Takeichi Honten” in Japan.

Their rich chicken paitan ramen, deeply flavored tsukemen (dipping noodles), and spicy ramen are hugely popular.
