Known for crafting confections served to the Emperor and Empress Emeritus, their premium yokan (sweet bean jelly) is a must-try. Made with carefully selected azuki beans from Hokkaido, the smooth and delicate texture of the koshi-an (refined red bean paste) creates a light and refreshing taste.
