From October 20 (Mon) to November 2 (Sun), Tokyo Central Gardena will host Taste SAGA, a special pop-up event featuring over 60 premium products from Saga Prefecture, located in Kyushu, Japan.
Enjoy Saga’s rich culinary heritage with highlights like fragrant Saga Nori (seaweed), the traditional confection Ogi Yokan (sweet red bean jelly), and Kura no Dashi, a natural soup stock made with grilled flying fish (ago)—all free from preservatives.
Other must-try favorites include stylish mini bottles of Yuzu Kosho (a spicy paste made from yuzu citrus and chili peppers) and the region’s popular Saga cheesecake, known for its smooth, rich flavor.
