
Ingredients
- 2 rice balls
- 20g X 2 Smoked salmon
- 80g x 2 Sushi rice
- A piece of nori seaweeds



1. Lay down smoked salmon in a piece of plastic wrap.



2. Put rice on top.

3. Wrap plastic wrap around salmon and rice and twist tightly to make a ball shape.

4. Cut a piece of nori seaweed into a palm size.



5. Cut nori seaweed to create eyes. Also cut thin strips to be used for jack o lantern’s mouth.

6. Place the parts on the rice balls to make faces.

You can make a party size jack o lantern with the same ingredients!
