Bringing together top Japanese restaurants, food producers, and importers from Southern California, the event aims to support victims of the January wildfires in the Los Angeles area. Guests can enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine and premium sake while contributing to a meaningful local cause in a warm, communal setting.

All-You-Can-Eat Sashimi & Sushi Rolls from a Giant Boat Display
Guests will be welcomed by a spectacular funamori — a traditional wooden boat filled with an impressive assortment of fresh sashimi and sushi rolls, crafted with premium seafood.
