Limited-Time Hokkaido Ramen and Regional Specialties
“Yummy Japan” is a food event where you can meet Japan’s “oishii” flavors and the craft and culture behind them. The headliners are limited menus from renowned Hokkaido ramen shops, available only here. You will also find premium ingredients like uni imported directly from Hokkaido and carefully made foods from producers across Japan, each telling a story of local climate, craft, and pride that you can literally taste.
The venue is Osaka Marketplace, a Bay Area favorite for Japanese food fans. The event runs over two consecutive weekends from late January into February 2026, perfect for a weekend outing. Whether you love ramen or want to discover new regional flavors, this is an easy, welcoming way to experience Japanese food culture.
