Yuzu tsukemen is the newest limited-time dish at Garlic High, the Jiro-style ramen counter inside the Tokyo Central food courts. Its special dipping broth blends the fresh, bright aroma of Japanese yuzu with the rich umami of a concentrated seafood soup, all made with yuzu from Japan.
