This hot pot uses a special paper to absorb the lye that floats on the soup surface so that the ingredients are cooked fresh and delicious.  It’s also the best way to taste A5 rank Miyazaki wagyu beef.  The meat is so tender that it melts in your mouth.  It’s offered as a part of the course at our special Omakase bar.  Perfect dish for the cold winter season!
