On September 28, marukome, the renowned Japanese miso soup paste maker and world’s largest Koji producer, will hold its grand opening of a mini pretend Japanese restaurant at the Pretend City Children’s Museum in Irvine.

The project is intended to captivate the curiosity of children by combining interactive experiences and hands-on learning.
In addition to this project, the company plans to offer tasting events and cooking experiences that convey food education in an entertaining way.
