Mr. Takuya Hamaya, a professional shamisen player and developer of the easily portable cardboard “Shabo” shamisen, will be invited to participate in a hands-on “Shabo” workshop.
In addition to a live performance by Mr. Hamaya using the “Shabo,” there will also be a collaboration with American Tsugaru shamisen player Mike Penny.
