Since 1995, when Santa Anita Park and Tokyo’s Oi Racecourse formed a friendship exchange agreement, the “Tokyo City Cup (GIII)” has been held annually. It is the only graded stakes race in the U.S. named after an overseas city. Additionally, the commemorative event “Japan Family Day” will take place over two days.
Tokyo City Cup (GIII): Sunday, October 6th, 11am–5pm
Japan Family Day: Saturday, October 5th, 11am–5pm and Sunday, October 6th, 11am–5pm
