Located at 2104 Artesia Blvd in Torrance, CA, Wagyu Butcher has quickly become a must-visit destination for Japanese BBQ enthusiasts since its grand opening in November. Specializing in an all-counter dining experience, this restaurant offers a unique and intimate take on “Yakiniku,” the beloved Japanese barbecue style.

At Wagyu Butcher, every seat is at the counter, allowing guests to watch a skilled Yakiniku master from Tenma, Osaka, expertly prepare and grill premium cuts of meat right before their eyes. Known as the “kitchen of Japan,” Osaka is famous for its rich culinary traditions and world-class cuisine, making this restaurant’s origins a testament to its dedication to quality and flavor.

The friendly staff are always ready to recommend the best cuts, share their passion for wagyu, and answer any questions—perfect for both seasoned foodies and those new to Japanese BBQ. December Special: Omakase (Chef’s Choice) Course
For the month of December, Wagyu Butcher is offering an exclusive $70 Omakase course (available by appointment only). This pre-fixed menu includes a meticulously curated selection of the finest meats, ensuring every guest enjoys a truly authentic and unforgettable meal.

Reservations can be made through their website or Google, with two dining sessions available Monday through Thursday (5:00 PM and 7:30 PM) and three sessions on Friday and Saturday (4:00 PM, 6:00 PM, and 8:30 PM). Please note that seating is limited to 20 counter seats and each dining session lasts 110 minutes.
