Preparing sushi, rolls, and sushi style items for guests in a professional and consistent manner.

A minimum of two years experience working as a Sushi Chef or under the supervision of a Sushi Chef. 

Consistency and speed in preparing the various dishes. 

A desire to learn. Ability to monitor portions sizes and quality of the products. Practice proper food handling and safety protocols. 

Contribute to a positive workplace environment and is able to arrive promptly and prepared to work regularly.
