What is Takoyaki and Gindaco?
Takoyaki is a beloved Japanese street food that is a piping hot ball filled with octopus fritters and topped with a variety of delicious toppings, typically served with takoyaki sauce, mayonnaise, and bonito flakes.
Tsukiji Gindaco was founded in 1997 and is a popular franchise restaurant. It has become a popular staple at baseball stadiums all over Japan. The bite-sized portions are easy to eat while cheering.
