JapanUp! Meets Gindaco at Dodger Stadium
JapanUp! reports the ribbon-cutting ceremony of opening a new takoyaki stand in Dodger Stadium, located on the first floor of the third base side, near Section 45.

What is Takoyaki and Gindaco?
Takoyaki is a beloved Japanese street food that is a piping hot ball filled with octopus fritters and topped with a variety of delicious toppings, typically served with takoyaki sauce, mayonnaise, and bonito flakes.
Tsukiji Gindaco was founded in 1997 and is a popular franchise restaurant. It has become a popular staple at baseball stadiums all over Japan. The bite-sized portions are easy to eat while cheering.

Support Japanese Players with Japanese Food!
At Dodger Stadium, they offer limited flavors, “Cheese & Salsa,” “Cheese & Guacamole,” and “Tempura & Sweet soy sauce.”
Of course, they use the Japanese original Takoyaki sauce and flour. Support the Dodgers and the success of the Japanese players with popular Japanese food, Takoyaki!
