Ingredients
- 150g Cooked Sushi Rice
- A piece of nori seaweed
- 1bunch Rainbow chard stem
- 1 each Yellow & Green zucchini
- A couple of leaves of Purple Cabbage
- 1 Radish
- 1 Carrot



1. Slice rainbow chard stem.



2. Pickle similar colors together in your favorite marinade for about 1 hour.

3. Boil purple cabbage. Then Slice radishes and sprinkle salt. Let it wilt about 15 minutes.
Place it in purple cabbage water for about 30 minutes ~ 1 hour.


4&5. Take out the ridishes and slice each piece in half. Line them as shown and roll them into a flower.


6. slice a yellow and green zucchini with a peeler and sprinkle salt. Let it wilt for about 30 minutes ~ 1 hour to make it easy to roll.
After wilted, roll it up as shown.

7. Place sushi rice in 3 pieces of plastic wrap.
Create 1 large round ball and 2 small triangles.

8. Place head and ears in a bento box. Create eyes by cutting a piece of nori seaweed.



9. Create mane by placing pickled rainbow chard stems.

10. Add carrot to create unicorn horn. Place flowers as shown.
