Ingredients:
□ 1 box S&B Golden Curry
□ 1/2 lb ground meat
□ 13 oz onions, sliced
□ 3.5 oz carrots, sliced
(some can be cut into star shapes)
□ 5 oz potatoes, cut into small cubes
□ 1 tbsp cooking oil
□ 2 1/4 c water
□ 1 sheet of nori
□ Cooked white rice


❶ Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large, deep skillet or pot on medium heat for approx 5 min.

❷ Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until ingredients are tender, approx 15 min.

❸ Turn off the heat, break S&B Golden Curry into pieces and add them. Stir until curry mix has completely melted and simmer for approx 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

❹ On a plate, mold cooked, hot white rice into the shape of a ghost.
Using a nori punch or scissors, cut two eyes and a mouth. Place them onto the white rice ghost. (can use 2 dabs of ketchup for rosy cheeks if desired)
Pour the curry around the rice ghost. Serve and enjoy!
