Ingredients:
Dipping Sauce
□ Kikkoman® Yuzu Ponzu
□ Scallions (green onions)
Makes 4 Pancakes
□ 2 cups all-purpose flour
□ 1 cup boiling water
□ 1/4 cup cold water
□ 1/2 teaspoon salt
□ 1/4 cup Kikkoman® sesame oil or vegetable oil (for brushing)
□ 1 cup chopped scallions (green onions)
□ Vegetable oil for frying
I really liked the yuzu ponzu sauce because it provided a vibrant, citrusy flavor with the perfect balance of tanginess and umami when used as a dipping sauce with my scallion pancake.
It is a versatile condiment that enhances the flavor of seafood, salads, and grilled dishes.

❶ Mix 2 cups of flour and ½ teaspoon of salt. Slowly pour 1 cup of boiling water, stir, and then add ¼ cup of cold water to make dough.

❷Knead the dough until smooth. Stir chopped scallions (green onions) into the batter and divide into quarters.

❸ Spread thinly in a circle. Fry each pancake in vegetable oil until golden and crispy.


❹ Mix Kikkoman® Yuzu Ponzu sauce with chopped scallions for a tasty dipping sauce.
