UMAMI GYOZA DUMPLINGS

  • Chicken and Cabbage
  • Pork and Cabbage

Chewy texture, filled with a ginger and a savory burst of umami. A technique to fully enhance the essence of the ingredients(Umami).
*No MSG added

Ingredients: 8 Frozen Gyoza Dumplings (adjust quantity as desired)

How to Steam Frozen Gyoza Using a Steamer Basket

You can cook them in Boil, Pan-fry or Microwave (1000w), but I recommend steam cooking for a juicy, chunky skin!

Bring about 1 inch of water to a boil in a pot.

Line the steamer basket with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Arrange the frozen gyoza in the basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.

Place the basket over the boiling water and cover with a lid.

Steam the gyoza for 6-8 minutes, or until heated through.
