E&G Management is searching for a motivated Accounting clerk who is able to multitask with exceptional communication and time management skills.
Will assist the Accounting department with data entry, recording, transactions, updating the ledger, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll andbank deposits.
Preferred experience in property management with leasing experience.
Work schedule is 32 – 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday from 8:00-5:00.
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
Provide assistance and support to company personnel
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Creativity in commercial leasing for marketing
Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable clerk and Accounts Payable clerk
Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping
Familiarity with basic accounting principals
Experience in Excel
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
Accuracy and attention to detail
High school degree
Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus
