2021 Master’s champion, Hideki Matsuyama, presented a dinner course with “Hakkaisan Yukimuro 3 Year Snow Aged Junmai Daiginjo.” The Daiginjo brew nestles in tanks chilled by natural snow for three years, developing into a smooth Sake, with fine aroma and a rich flavor.
