We’re looking for volunteers for the “LALALA Matsuri” to be held on Sunday, May 14 at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center to celebrate the 20th anniversary of LALALA Magazine! Volunteers must be 15 years old and up, and able to speak Japanese. High school students and international students are also welcome, and certificates will be provided.
