Eden Foods Shoyu is a high-quality soy sauce that is very flavorful with tons of umami – perfect as a versatile condiment to use in your cooking or for dipping. The best part is it’s also organic!
Ingredients:
□ 1 lb sushi grade tuna
□ 4 tbsp Eden – Shoyu
□ 2 tbsp sesame oil
□ 1/2 tbsp wasabi
□ 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
□ 1 tbsp sesame seeds
□ Cooked white rice
❶ Cut tuna into small cubes.
❷ In a medium bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil, wasabi, green onions, and sesame seeds. Mix the sauce well.
❸ Add tuna into the sauce and combine.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
❹ In a small bowl, put in cooked white rice, and top with the marinated poke. Add any other additional toppings as desired (like cucumbers, avocado, etc.). Enjoy!
